We have Brand new Cybex Cardiovascular equipment as well as Precor Ellipticals. Our weight room boasts dumbells from two pounds up to 130lbs, Bench press, Lat Pulls, Seated rows, bicep and tricep machines as well as cables and preset bars that range from 20lbs-90lbs.
