I am so proud of my good friend, Mark.

A few months ago, Mark gave up drinking and started on his personal journey to better health and a happier life style. He started running and losing some weight but eventually work got the best of his time, and he looked to me for a “Push.”

I told both he and his wife, Yuko, that BodyRoXX Boot Camp was a great way to knock out his work out by incorporating weights and cardio intervals all into one hour. Mark has been at it for 3 months now. He trains 3x per week with our BodyRoXX specialist, Krystle, in the same class with my wife, Juliet and our friend, Carol. This post is for Mark, but if I can get Carol to give me a before picture, you will be amazed at her results too!

This class is addicting. It is intense, but fun at the same time. You sweat together, bond, and support each other. We all have our issues and challenges, but for these 60 minutes, nothing else matters except you and your body.

So, back to Mark. I am honored to call you a good friend. I am extremely proud of you for your dedication to taking care of your kid’s Dad(that’s you), so you will be around for a long time for your family. I know how hard you work and that making time to workout is not easy. You made a great choice which is yielding amazing results! Keep it up!

I will update this post with his measurements, but Holy Cow!!! You can see his ABS and he is not flexing. Three months: no alcohol, lean meats and fish and lots of veggies. It really isn’t that difficult once you make the decision.

Mark and I challenge all of you: Step up and do your own Personal Journey challenge. Give yourself three months filled with short term goals and one primary end goal. I know you can do it. If Mark(over 50) and I(40) can do it, anyone can.

Please share your story with us!
