Our newly renovated facility has state of the art machines with minimal learning curve including treadmills, ellipticals, recumbant bikes, resistance machines, and dumbbells.

8 years ago, I moved to the US where I knew no one.
I was going through the darkest time of my life, and I honestly believe the gym saved me. The only place I could go to escape was the gym and that’s exactly what I did every day. I would spend hours and hours in the gym learning and growing.
I found such a deep passion for strength training and helping people transform not only their bodies but overall health and mental well being through working out, just like I had! I couldn’t imagine myself doing anything else, so I got certified and started working at a corporate gym . Soon, I was made their Head Master Trainer.
For the last 5+ years I’ve been working as an independent trainer & have built a successful business having completely transformed many clients.
I specialize in weight loss, building muscle and nutritional coaching.
Each client gets a custom program that is tailored to them and their personal fitness goals.

Stephanie competes. It’s in her basic nature. A State Champion Baton Twirler at 10, to a Competitive Bodybuilder today… Striving to do the very best that you can do, is her obsession.
Her relationship with Fitness & Sport has always been, and continues to be an evolving path. Tumbling, gymnastics, athletics & dance in her youth; Long distance running in her “Mom Years”, completing 4 full & 12 half marathons, along with countless other races of varying lengths; Strength Training & Bodybuilding today, winning trophies as an NPC Masters Figure Competitor, and a Bikini/Figure Trainer & Posing Coach. Each phase of her fitness journey has imparted new knowledge & experiences that influence her overall approach to a healthy and fun fit life today!
Steph has been teaching Group Fitness classes (HIIT/Tabata/Bootcamp/Cardio/Core/SmallGroup) since 2015, and is now further expanding her offerings to include 1 on 1 Personal Training.

My name is Ali and I’m a certified personal trainer and a licensed vocational nurse.
I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 13 years now.
At 12 years old, I was diagnosed with Type-1 Diabetes which had a major effect on my physical and mental health.
That was when I decided that I wasn’t going to be lazy and let myself go completely. I took what I learned from my many different doctors and dietitians over the years and applied it to my workouts and eating habits.
I played sports through out school and continued to work on myself at the gym as well. I started out with just helping friends with their workouts but eventually got certified and turned my passion into a profession.
I’ve helped numerous clients over the years with their health and fitness journeys and continue to do so with both personal training and as a nurse.
It truly is my passion to teach people how they can live a healthy and fit lifestyle, even with health conditions.
I offer 1-1 training where I make sure to customize the workout to each client’s goals and abilities and train them in the most safe and effective way.

TRAINER OF THE MONTH
British Personal Trainer Jo Neath graduated from Manchester University, U.K with a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Health Science. Key disciplines being Exercise Physiology, Sport Psychology and Biomechanics. Having experience in gym management and G.P referral consulting, Jo relocated to California to pursue a career in Personal Training. Since 2002 Jo has been training professional clientele over the Orange County area.
With a European flair Jo creates innovative and mindful exercise programs to cater for each individual client and their lifestyle. Workout routines will include free weights, body weight exercises for functional training, bands, balance equipment, machines if at the gym and surroundings (i.e stairs) if working outside to physically push the body in a way that is challenging, fun and result driven.
